Orders and delivery

Do you offer international shipping?

Razors by Dorco currently only deliver to UK mainland addresses. For delivery to the US & Canada, please visit www.dorcousa.com

Q.

What are your delivery timescales?

A.

You should expect to receive your delivery within 2-3 working days of placing your order; orders are fulfilled by Amazon. More information can be found on our Delivery & returns page, alternatively you can contact us.

Damaged or faulty goods

What should I do with damaged or faulty goods?

A.

At Razors by Dorco we put all our razors and refill cartridges through thorough quality assurance testing, and ensure every product is made to the highest standards. However should you find something unsatisfactory about your order, please let us know.

Discount codes and gift cards

Q.

How do I redeem a discount code or gift card?

A.

Our price promise is to be up to 10% cheaper than other leading brands. Therefore, promotions and discounts are saved for special occasions such as holidays and loyalty rewards. If you’re the lucky one that has a discount code, please redeem this by entering it in to the ‘Promotional Codes’ field during checkout.

Can I order blades in bulk?

We currently do not offer customers the option to buy products in more than quantities of 15.

Q.

Do you provide replacement handles?

A.

If your universal docking razor handle has seen better days, or you’ve misplaced it, we may be able to send you another one. Get in touch here and let us know.

Do you make a women’s range?

A.

Yes, our ladies range is called EVE, it has many loyal customers around the world.

Do you make double-edge razors?

A.

The Dorco business began producing double-edge razors way back in 1961. Currently they can only be purchased by our US and Canadian customers but if you’d like to see if delivery to the UK can be arranged please submit an enquiry here.

Are your handles compatible with other brand’s cartridges?

A.

As part of our mission to be the most convenient shaving brand for our customers, all Razors by Dorco handles are compatible with all Razors by Dorco refill cartridges. Due to the advanced technology, other brand’s refill cartridges are unlikely to fit.

Why are Razors by Dorco cheaper than other leading brands?

A.

Razors by Dorco are able to pass on savings of up to 10% when compared to other leading brands, because we do not sell through high street retailers meaning the products come straight from the manufacturer. Retailers add extra costs on to the price of products, so by cutting out the middleman, we can serve you better. This does not mean the product itself is cheaper – in fact real customers when surveyed said their Razors by Dorco razor was as good as if not even better than their existing brand. We also have a 100m fan base worldwide, just look at our reviews!

Help, I’m having problems logging in to My account!

A.

If you are having issues logging in to your online account, you could try resetting your password, or for help from our customer service team, contact us.

Q.

How do I update my address or contact details?

A.

Simply log in to your online account and select ‘Edit details’ from the menu. Be sure to hit ‘Save’ afterwards!

Subscription

Q.

How do razor subscriptions work?

A.

Subscriptions are great because they save you time, money, and offer ultimate flexibility. Subscriptions can be ordered online on our products (Pace 6 Plus, Pace 4, Pace 3 Plus and Dorco EVE 6). Each time your product is dispatched, you’ll only be charged for the item and not for its delivery.

Can I pause my subscription or change how often I receive deliveries?

A.

At the moment, you cannot pause your subscription. To change the frequency of your subscription, simply log in to the Dorco website, go to the ‘My subscriptions’ section of your account, select the view link, click change subscription, choose appropriate timings from the dropdown menu, and click the change button.

I want more information on my subscription, how do I find it?

A.

Easy – simply click on the ‘My subscriptions’ section of your account, and a list of your subscriptions will appear. Click on the ‘view’ link to view information for the relevant one. If what you are looking for isn't there, just get in touch with us via email at [email protected].

Q.

How does the 'preferred payment day' work?

A.

When subscribing with Dorco, you don't have to pay the same day your order is dispatched. With our preferred payment day option, you can opt to pay whenever you like. This new payment day will start from the second subscription order onwards.

For example. If you order on the 12th of June 2018 with delivery every 2 months and choose as preferred payment method the 1st, this is how your dispatch/payment schedule would look like.

1st dispatch: 12th June 2018
1st payment: 12th June 2018

2nd dispatch: 12th August 2018
2nd payment: 1st August 2019

How do I update my payment, address or contact details?

A.

To update your payment method, simply contact our customer service team requesting your change(s), then let us do the rest.

If you have any questions around changing your address and contact details, just ask our support team, who will run through your options. They can be contacted by email at [email protected].

I can’t remember when my next payment is due, how do I check?

A.

Just send us an email – [email protected] – and we will let you know.

Q.

How do I cancel a subscription?

A.

We love sending our products to you, but if you really want to cancel, simply log in to the Dorco website, go to the ‘My subscriptions’ section of your account, select the view link, and there you will see the option to cancel.

Q.

Can I gift a subscription?

A.

Currently we cannot offer this service. However there are 2 options worth considering:

  1. Set up a new subscription under your name, but provide us with your recipient’s delivery address.
  2. Refer your recipient and both benefit from a reward.

Can I subscribe using PayPal?

A.

You can use any debit or credit card to open a subscription using our secure payment gateway. PayPal, however, is only available for single purchase product options. When subscribing, your payment method, as well as all sensitive data, will be stored safely. The details entered will only ever be used exclusively for your subscription.
